Official Contest Rules

“Scavenger Hunt” 3D Adventure

 

These Contest Rules (the “Rules”) apply to all participants who take part in an online “Scavenger Hunt” conducted in an interesting 3D virtual environment.

 

Each participant has the potential of winning a free item from a list of certain products displayed in a concept store, by finding hidden letters scattered throughout the virtual space.

 

These Rules govern the conditions of the free giveaways that shall be distributed to the participants who win a prize in the online campaign.

 

HOW TO ENTER

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

 

To enter, submit a valid email address, first and last name and phone number via an online form.

 

Entries must be completed correctly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of The Name Agency LLC which will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.

 

CONTEST RULES:

 

Please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. These Rules form a binding legal agreement with respect to the Contest.

 

Agreement to these Rules is prerequisite to submitting an entry to the Contest and to receiving the prizes.

 

1. One entry per person.

2. The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and who have agreed to these Rules.

3. This Contest is not open to residents outside the United Arab Emirates. Employees of The Name Agency LLC and its respective sister companies are excluded from this contest.

4. You must have access to the Internet in order to enter.

5. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

6. Decisions made by the organizer of the Contest are final, and no substitutions will be available.

7. This Contest shall end on a specified date from The Name Social Hub.

 

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, newspapers and other publications and in slides, videotape, distribution over the internet).

 

In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that the organizer of the contest may not be held liable for any loss or damages associated with accepting or using the prize(s).

 

 

The Name Agency LLC reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. We retain the rights to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

 

Participants agree and consent that personal data including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest. Further, this data may also be used by the Contest organizer to verify a Participant’s identity, address and telephone number in the event a Participant qualifies for any applicable prize.

 

Participants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by the Contest organizer in connection with the Contest by writing to Akzam@theName.me

 

If a Participant does not provide the required data when requested, that Participant’s Entries will be ineligible for any prizes. All information provided will be maintained in accordance with applicable laws and will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest.

 

Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by any Participant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the Participant from the Contest.

 

The Name Agency LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access or for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission.

 

The Name Agency LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Contest.

 

The Name Agency LLC further reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that it believes infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, does not comply with these Official Rules, or violates applicable laws.

 

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By participating in the “Scavenger Hunt” campaign, the participant further agrees and accepts that the organizer of the “Scavenger Hunt” shall:

 

1. Have the right to limit the number of gifts to be given out;

2. Have the right to offer gifts of any value;

3. Have the right to give different types of gifts to various winners; and

4. Have the right to modify any term and condition based on their discretion.

 

No party has the right to duplicate the virtual 3D tour or utilize it in any manner that is not authorized herein under these Terms. If you breach these terms and restrictions, you may be subject to prosecution and damages, as well as liability for infringement of intellectual property rights.
